LensSense End User License Agreement

This software ("LensSense") is proprietary and confidential. This is not open-source software, and no license to the source code is granted by making it available for download.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Anton Kulikov grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LensSense in executable form for your own internal or personal purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell LensSense or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble LensSense, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite the limitation;
• modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on LensSense; or
• remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on LensSense.

3. Ownership

LensSense is licensed, not sold. Anton Kulikov retains all right, title, and interest in and to LensSense, including all intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this Agreement.

4. No Warranty

LensSense is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anton Kulikov be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with LensSense or the use or other dealings in LensSense.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of LensSense and destroy all copies in your possession.
